Cinzia Sileo has always preferred drawing to words, images to speeches, the imaginary to the real. She was born and raised in Italy where she graduated in 2006 in illustration and multimedia animation at the Institute of Design in Milan. Cinzia then worked as an Art Director in the advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather. Even though this experience proved to be very formative, she decided to venture into the world of children's publishing. This choice brought her to France where she lives, draws and tries to make children dream.
After illustrating various works in children's literature and creative hobbies, it was in 2020 that she produced her first album as an author and illustrator. Jamais sans mon doudou Gorille published by Marmaille et Compagnie. She also collaborates with various communication and audiovisual production agencies.
Her works have been published in France, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, United Kingdom, Lebanon, China and Korea.
